straddling existential dread and sheer ecstasy

Alex recently redesigned his blog over at silverspider.com. Among the many goodies he’s brought to the table is the use of magnolia to present daily links. I’ve been using delicious for a long time now and that had satiated my bookmark fancy for some time. I even remember looking over magnolia at some point and deciding not to move further with it (though I don’t recall why). Boy, was I wrong. Magnolia rocks - the feature set is great and the design doesn’t suck. I’ve just signed up and I’ll be using it to guard my bookmarks here forward (hopefully I can transfer some of what I have to delicious). Alex, thankfully, even clued me into the Austin and Design groups there (he’s the manager for these groups). Bad ass!
Oh, and while signing up guess who I see as the “Featured Linker” on the magnolia home page? Way to go, Alex! (Click the image above for the full screenshot proof!)
